2- Push ups
2- Pull ups
2- Medball toss Sit ups
2- Box jumps
2- Toes to bar
- Only one person can work at a time.
- Increase by 2 reps until you and your partner reach 10 reps @ the 5th round, then go back down to 2.
- Every 5 minutes everyone does 5 burpees, 25 min time cap.
